By-laws/Legal Committee

Purpose: To maintain the corporate by-laws, to protect the personal and property rights, the safety and welfare of all members, their families and guests. The purpose of the legal component is to provide legal guidance to the corporation on issues that may impact the corporation in the future and recommend courses of action on all issues affecting the corporation.

Function: To review, interpret and clarify the corporation by-laws and recommend changes.

Duration: 2 years
