Architectural Committee

The purpose of the Oak Ridge Architectural Committee is to ensure compliance with our community's deed restrictions and prevent encroaching on the property of others.

Function: Review and approve/disapprove plans in writing. Request and receive correct fees. Oversee construction/demolition with regard to approval. Keep Board informed.

Term: 2 years.
